Our process for reviewing your project...
Every proposed project begins with a complimentary phone consultation with Roger Foggia, the company's founder and designer, to discuss you vision and goals. When you're ready to proceed to the next stage, Foggia makes a preliminary site visit that requires a minimum of one full day on-site, depending on the scope of the proposed project. While on-site: Foggia develops the design concepts, produces the sketches and drawings of the project to be executed, takes all of the required measurements and photographs, and provides you with a firm, detailed construction budget for your review and consideration. Ideally, this visit would occur when your schedule permits your undivided attention. Your general contractor and/or interior designer are invited and encouraged to participate in this process. Fee: $700.00 for a one day on-site consultation - to be deducted from the total price if a contract is executed during Foggia's visit. Fee covers travel time to and from your site, if located within the continental US. Additional onsite consultation and travel time charged at $700.00 per day. Client Expenses: Prepaid round-trip airfare, ground transportation and hotel accommodations as necessary. Terms: 50% of fee and all expenses due in advance. Remainder due upon conclusion of Foggia's site visit. |
